HOW BOOKING WORKS:

Once you purchase your package, our team will contact you within 24 hours to schedule your massage date/time. Our appointments are first-come, first-serve based on availability. If you need to contact us sooner, text or call us at (470) 670-0592.

At our mobile-only massage therapy company, we prioritize exceptional customer service. Occasionally, appointments may run over, or we may encounter unexpected traffic. To accommodate this, we schedule massage start times within a 1-hour window. For example, your massage may be scheduled to start anytime between 1:00 and 2:00 PM.

BOOKING DETAILS:

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: All sales are final and non-refundable. This includes cancellations made for any reason. Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours incur a $25 fee. Same-day rescheduling (within 6 hours of the appointment) or missed appointments will result in the forfeiture of the full prepaid amount, or that day’s massage.

Timing: The appointment duration is 60–90 minutes, beginning after the massage therapist has arrived and completed setup. Client delays will result in shortened session time, not extended. Client is responsible for being present, prepared, clean, and ready at the scheduled time.

Boundaries & Conduct: This is a professional therapeutic service only. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session with no refund, and potentially being blacklisted from future bookings.

Health & Safety: Clients must inform the massage therapist of any medical conditions, recent surgeries, or contraindications before the session. Services may be refused or stopped if the therapist deems the session unsafe to continue with no refund provided. The therapist reserves the right to refuse service due to illness, intoxication, or inappropriate behavior.

Travel & Parking: Parking is covered by the client and is not the responsibility of the massage therapist. Proper parking instructions must be given to avoid towing or booting. If improper parking instructions are given, client is responsible for towing/booting fees.

Space Requirements: A clean, quiet space with enough room for a massage table is required. This is approximately 7 feet long x 3 feet wide. Pets should be secured during the session. Lightning is required for lymphatic drainage massages. 

Weather & Emergency Cancellations: In case of severe weather or emergencies, the therapist may reschedule without penalty. Clients will be notified as soon as possible.

Photos & Testimonials: With client consent, before/after photos or testimonials may be used for marketing purposes. Clients can opt out of any promotional use of their session information.

Liability Waiver: Clients acknowledge that massages are not a substitute for medical care. The therapist is not liable for any pre-existing conditions or complications arising from undisclosed health issues. Clients release the therapist from any liability related to services rendered.

Age Requirement: Clients must be 18 years or older.

Privacy & Confidentiality: All client information is kept confidential and will not be shared without consent. Client health details, session notes, and communication are protected.

Right to Refuse Service: The therapist reserves the right to refuse or terminate a session for any reason that compromises safety, comfort, or professionalism — without refund.
